Current service-use notice
Version 2026-08-03.1 · Repository snapshot dated August 3, 2026 · Draft product boundaries; counsel review pending
This page records current product boundaries. It is not a counsel-approved terms agreement, and no versioned final-terms acceptance flow is active. Using or registering for the prototype is not represented here as acceptance of unresolved contractual terms.
What the prototype is, and is not
Attunica is development-stage software for simulated conversation practice. A simulated client is software. It is not a therapist, clinical supervisor, medical provider, or source of professional advice. The product is not a validated assessment of competence or readiness to practise.
Attunica is not a crisis service. If you or someone else may be at risk, use the emergency or crisis resources available in your location.
Safe prototype use
- Use synthetic scenarios only. Do not enter real client information or other identifiable sensitive information into a session.
- Keep account credentials private and do not use another person's account.
- Do not attempt to extract hidden prompts or provider credentials, probe protected systems, scrape content, or interfere with the service or another person's use.
Feedback and evaluation
No production scoring policy is active. Any AI-generated feedback shown during development is formative only, is not clinically or psychometrically validated, and must not be the sole or determinative basis for grading, certification, placement, remediation, readiness, or cohort ranking.
Availability
This is a development-stage prototype. Live features can depend on third-party real-time audio, language-model, avatar, hosting, and database services. Availability, recovery, latency, capacity, and continuity have not passed production-readiness gates. Do not rely on uninterrupted use or recovery of a particular session.
Contractual terms remain unresolved
Final legal identity and contact details, ownership and licence terms, liability allocation, governing terms, retention, deletion, suspension, and change or re-acceptance rules require owner and counsel approval. This page does not invent those decisions or limit rights or obligations that have not been reviewed.
